Public Access to Grayson County Court Records

County Clerk Records Are Separate
The Grayson County Clerk is a separate office from the Circuit Court Clerk. The County Clerk handles marriage licenses, land records, mortgages, deeds, liens, delinquent taxes, elections, motor-vehicle work, and recorded instruments. The County Clerk's online records page describes eCCLIX and CCLIX access for clerk-indexed documents. It also describes DOC ALERT, a free mortgage and deed alert that sends an email when a registered name or business name appears on a recorded mortgage or deed.
The County Clerk's private-user eCCLIX access is limited to Grayson County records, is for personal noncommercial use, and allows five searches per day.
